The Sales Manager is responsible for the performance of the sales team (BDRs and Account Managers). The Sales Manager is responsible for the team’s performance in generating qualified sales leads, meetings, and closing new sales.

Our team is responsible for supporting their efforts to retain and grow our customer base. You will interact with our existing customers to drive increased sales and revenue, enhance customer satisfaction and problem resolution. This is a fun and fast-paced environment where you are accountable for individual results and how those impact your team. We work with straight forward tasks using our established procedures. The Sales Manager is expected to develop a working knowledge of the company’s services and how those solutions fit into the industries we serve.

It is also expected that the Manager assume new responsibilities as they master regular tasks of the position. As the Manager’s aptitude for our business grows it is always our goal that they be transitioned to roles of greater responsibility within the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Sales Manager tasks include but are not limited to:

 

·         Develop and manage a book of business while leading a team of BDRs and Account Mangers.

·         Conduct 1-2 online presentations of company services to prospective customers each workday.

·         Book 1-2 online appointments for presentation of company services.

·         Phone prospecting to book online appointments for product and service presentations.

o   Average 30-40 Dials per Day

o   Average 3-4 hours of Daily Talk time

·         Email prospecting to book online appointments for product and service presentations.

·         List Building: Sourcing contact details of 10-20 new prospects daily.

·         Facilitate weekly training and 1-on-1s for members of sales team.

·         Develop and execute broadcast email marketing campaigns to nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

·         Create, schedule, and publish blog articles and social media content.

Preferred Experience:

Aviation Experience

 

Travel – Candidate may travel extensively

For this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years’ experience combination of working in a field operation environment to include Logistics and/or Supply Chain Operations.
